Hello {{First Name}},

At the end of our two years together, participants in the Spiritual Guidance Training Program consistently share that they are not the same people that entered the program. We have learned together, questioned together, practiced together, laughed together and cried together. The alchemy that emerges as we enter into beloved community with one another in service of deepening our spiritual lives - it changes us.

I could wax poetic here about transformation, but instead, I'll let past participants speak to their own experiences.

And, if there is a part of you that longs for the kind of experience they describe, registration for the Fall cohort of the pre-requisite Cultivating Curiosity is open. This is the final opportunity to complete this pre-requisite for the 27/28 SGTP cohort. Be sure to grab a spot!

In wonder and awe,

Nicki Nelson

SGTP Director

The Siena Spiritual Guidance Program has changed who I am, and how I show up in the world.  In particular, the difficult situations when I’m aware that only a loving presence will make a positive impact. Learning to access and share this deep love has been my journey these past 2 years.

When discerning my call to spiritual direction, I assessed 3 different programs.  Siena was the right fit, offering personal formation as well as time spent honing our new learnings and skills on a practical level.

I feel comfortable walking with others in this new role due to the guidance of the staff and the work we enjoyed on the weekends.

Each weekend is a gift, similar to a guided retreat with time for personal growth, study, learning from staff and others in the cohort and importantly, practice of spiritual guidance.

Anyone can benefit from spiritual guidance. Anyone who seeks with a sincere heart will be surprised and delighted by the abundance of the world we live in. The program teaches you to listen and see with the “eyes of your heart”.   As you do, life and all your experiences become brighter, when viewed from a perspective of self-compassion.

I am grateful for this journey, the staff, and the members of the cohort.  I have been held, loved, supported, challenged, encouraged, and allowed to find the Divine within myself.
